Laptop Questions....?

I own a Gateway M460 Laptop. I want to know what class of up grades i can make to it. What are popular upgrades relatives do to notebooks?

laptops are deeply harder to upgrade than desktops. for that reason, the easiest things you can do are give more memory or swap in a larger frozen drive.
RAM and Hard drive would be the most popular. However. I would call Gateway and find out specifically what you are competent to upgrade your specific Laptop up to. Could be a 300 Gig hard drive. and 5 see of Ram . Ya ever know.
The easiest laptop upgrades are memory, battery and complicated disk, usually. Otherwise, you have enlarge the case near those tiny screws that will dive into space never to be found again. Inside the case, you may know how to upgrade the processor but I've never had the courage for that. It's a mess contained by there and to me, not worth the crack. I suggest you google your Gateway M460 and get upgrade information provided by Gateway.
