Linux apparatus shuts down?

I own a machine which have a graphics card, dual monitors, AMD 64 bit processor, one CPU fan, and fedora installed. Its is a Linux OS. Now the problem is, the appliance shuts down after a while automatically. I tried removing the heatsink and replacing the processor back, varying the SMPS, tweaking the BIOS but nothing seem to work. The dual monitor is connected to the nVidia graphics card. Can anyone help pls.

Answer:

Looks to be a hardware problem. type 'dmesg'(without the quotes) on the command column and look for any panic messages. Also look into /var/log/ for a mixture of logs and see what is going wrong at the time the machine is shutting down. (You have need of to have root priviledges to look at the log messages)
Look contained by /var/log/messages and generally /var/log/... for more information on what's going on. My guess is that it's a hardware fault/failure.
