however if restarted enough it will work short trouble
but onced turned off it continues the problem

Once your contained by use start run msconfig. With this tool you can stop all of the affix on programs loading at startup. Use a good spyware program (spybot or adaware). Run a virus scan. start totalling programs back near msconfig until you find the culprit. Good luck.
i guess u use the machine over d internet, it have too much cookies autorunning in the surroundings. it happened to me once and i formatted the frozen disk completely.
