Laptop grill??

if i buy i cheaper model similar to the insprion 1420 and i want better graphics, can i just put a graphics upgrade card surrounded by? and upgrade the storage is this is possiable??

The 1420 gives you the route of buying a NV8600 vid card. What more could you want? No you cannot upgrade from that.
Hard drive upgrade: Yes

Graphics card upgrade: Highly unlikely (Never seen it done)



Ive other wanted to upgrade the graphics on my laptop and never be able to. For storage however, I lately use an external drive, although it is possible to purchase and replace the hard drive.

Theoretically it is, but laptop upgrades as I know is not as easy or cheap as desktop. Also, physical size and steam issues might stop you. For storage, use external drive, for graphics, I don't think you will squirrel away a lot if you buy current one and replace it, even if possible. My suggestion is, spent little extra if you own to and go near the model that suits you.
you can upgrade hdd's but you cant change graphics cards on laptops.a 160 see hdd will go for around $200. and you own to go through the hassle of varying and reinstalling your software



I recommond you dont buy DEll there vastly poor quality alot of my friends get burnt. And i also recommend you return with the feature you want contained by your laptop when buying it rather consequently going low end and upgrading subsequently on as it can cost you more or someitmes it will create alot of inconvenience,The best noteboook that isnt ridiculously priced with faithful 512mb graphics i saw on
