i infer they are called tablet laptops its where on earth the screen flips around and u draw on it( similar to if u were drawing on something similar to normally)

capably they are alot cheaper then regular laptops for in the order of $300 less. But here are a few brands that have them such as HP. They cost roughly $1,000 or more, you get the perception.
