I turn it on, the apple comes on along w/ that tone along w/ the little spinny circle point that shows it's loading up. It doesn't go anywhere from in attendance for a couple minutes. Then it turns darker blue close to it's about to boot up, but the spinny entity is back, and it won't nouns any further. How can I reset the computer to make it work again, at lowest until I get any other problems straightened out? TIA

Have you tried starting it next to the installation disks in?
press shift at startup to boot contained by safe mode.
