Laptop blind is acting up?

does anyone know whats up next to my laptop computer screen it is a dell latitude and everyone once contained by a while it will just step to like a blue and white peak and when you open and close the peak it will go stern to the way it is suppose to be almost looks similar to the screen is burning out but it have been doing it a while and will work unfaultable a lot of the time does anybody know what could be wrong also if i be to replace what replacement

It's probably the hinge connections, you will plausible need to draw from it professionally repaired.
