Hey adjectives. A few months ago, my parents puppy got into my room and chewed on my laptop charger cable. I have a friend, who's exptremely good next to computers, splice it for me (this wouldn't be the first time he's spliced a cable for me, and all of them enjoy worked before). It worked for about a month since the puppy did it again. My stepdad did the splicing this time. It worked again, for about a month.
Last darkness, my power just shut rotten while I was charging it. The night light on the converter was still on, purpose that the power was still getting to the box-like piece, but it wasn't going through the cable that had be spliced. I tried everything short of just taking the black video off and looking at the wires myself. I'm on leave with my biological father, and far away from anyone that can sustain me with this. I own about 14$ to my cross, so I cannot get a replacement... Is here anything I can do to fix this?
Answer:
sorry, sounds like the wires come loose again, you might have to bring the tape stale, and the wires are connected correctly. don't forget to unplug it from the wall socket first, though
pray that your friend will do it again
