i'm going to cranium off to college this drip as a freshmen, and i was wondering what open-handed of laptop i should get. my crucial decision is what size it should be...
is the cargo of a 17 inch really worth it?
is 13.3 too small?
or is 15.4 a perfect harmonize between the two?
i have a budget of 1000 dollars, and immediately that all laptops around that collection go next to basically:
duo core cpu (amd or intel)
1 see ram DDR2
80-160 see harddrive
and some other neat stuff.
i be wondering what might be the best brand from experience, that can take a defeat while still perform at college-needed plane. dell, hp, sony?
i would like to use my laptop for adjectives around things:
gaming (graphics good ample for cs source, dod source)
music (downloading)
movies
homework assignments (powerpoint, word)
i would appreciate any input, because i know this question is pretty open-ended.
Answer:
this sounds conceivable:
HP REFURB^1: Pavilion dv6265us Notebook
the 17 inch is worth it.. go near 2 G of ram if you can.shift with an AMD...
i would move about with a dell the enjoy several you can can choose from from a starting range of 500 dollars. the inspirons are the cheaper and you might coulde config one to your penchant for around 1000 dollars.
only unpromising thing going on for dell is there customer service is not the best.
the core 2 duo is said to be the better for laptops
for me Due Core Intel beside HP is good.
You should bring back a Toshiba Satellite M65-S9092. I have one, and I love it. I would notably recommend it. It has 1GB of memory and Intel Centrino, and greatly of other features.
