Laptop keep making loud nouns?

i enjoy a hp dv 9000 and i turned it on and it made a loud beeping boom and wont stop, IT wont turn on completely either it only just is on the laptop bio info thing. HELP

As already stated- Contact the businesswoman. That will be your best bet.
Is it having an entrenched speaker such as altec lansing. If so, is the sound coming from it. Probably, check the speaker, and refer to documentation on speakers earlier taking to the service center.
The problem is with the laptop memory or the VGA card problem within the system you can contact the local service provider for the help.
