Sorry, but your laptop window is corrupt. You need to reinstall window. Use whatever disks your laptop come from and follow the directions. But, 1st, If you need any info from your tough drive then help yourself to it out and then buy a external concrete drive case or frozen drive reader and hook it up to a computer and save any files you have need of to.
