i own three years warranty . i have have the laptop for three months . should i return it or try to fix the problem .
please suggest ways to fix it ... is there a setting somewhere?

Is this near Windows explorer (where you look at the files and folders in your computer) or Internet Explorer (used to access the internet)? And if tis Internet Explorer, is it revision 7.0? If yes, it could be a software problem. IE7 has have problems.
