Laptop assistance - why is the the ivories and window explorer sometimes unresponsive on a brand modern laptop?

Sometimes the upright wont type in clear in your mind places like google or similar places . also, the laptop sometimes does not allow you to click surrounded by boxes that pop up (windows explorer) and press accept or ok or cancek .. etc etc



i own three years warranty . i have have the laptop for three months . should i return it or try to fix the problem .



please suggest ways to fix it ... is there a setting somewhere?

does this come to pass often?

Is this near Windows explorer (where you look at the files and folders in your computer) or Internet Explorer (used to access the internet)? And if tis Internet Explorer, is it revision 7.0? If yes, it could be a software problem. IE7 has have problems.

Try to really isolate exactly where and when this occur. That will help you a large amount. Normally if you are comfortable with it you can solve things over the phone next to the tech service, or find solutions in the Microsoft site or lots of places on the network.
